Information we collect

This policy covers eazyamobiletire.com and the linked Eazy A Tires service app at app.eazyamobiletire.com. The main website presents service information and links you to the app to submit a request. The form, photo, payment and Google Ads features described below operate in that linked app. When you request service, we collect your name, phone number, requested service, mobile or shop preference, and the location you provide for mobile service. You may also provide vehicle details, tire size, tire selection and quantity, estimated distance, membership status, and notes. We create a request reference and keep service status, estimates, quotes, and deposit records.

You may upload up to three optional tire or wheel photos after submitting a request. Please avoid including unrelated people, identification documents, or payment card details. The location field uses what you enter; the service form does not request your device’s GPS location.

We also process technical information necessary to operate and protect the app. For request rate limiting, the app stores a hash derived from the requesting IP address or available platform identifier. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information and operational logs.

How we use and share information

We use your information to respond to requests, confirm availability and pricing, coordinate service, verify membership benefits, maintain customer and service records, reconcile deposits, prevent abuse, and resolve service or payment questions. We share necessary information with staff and service providers supporting these activities, and when required by applicable law.

The app uses Cloudflare-hosted database and file storage for service records and photos. When enabled and configured by the shop, Formspree email alerts and Twilio text alerts send request details to the shop. These operational alerts are separate from a marketing subscription; submitting a service request does not enroll you in promotional text messages.

Stripe payments

When a deposit is available for your confirmed request, the payment button opens a Stripe-hosted payment link. The link includes your request ID as a client reference to help match your payment to your service. You enter payment information with Stripe, not into the service form. The app does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes. The shop records the deposit amount and whether receipt has been confirmed.

Stripe processes payment and related information under its Privacy Policy. Review the amount and Stripe checkout details before paying.

Google Ads and browser storage

The main website currently does not install a Google Ads tag. The linked service app loads the Google Ads tag AW-18505775907 to measure advertising performance. Google may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page URL, advertising click information, and cookie or similar identifiers. Google may use this information for measurement and advertising under its policies and your Google settings.

The service_request_submitted event is recorded only after the server confirms that a service request was saved and returns its reference. The Google Ads conversion sends the request ID as a transaction ID to help prevent duplicate conversions. The conversion event does not send your name, phone number, service address, notes, photos, or private request token. A call_button_clicked event is placed in the app’s event layer when you click “Call to confirm”; it does not verify that a call connected or was completed.

The app stores your language preference in local storage and uses session storage to help avoid counting the same saved request repeatedly. The Google tag loads automatically; the app currently has no separate cookie preference panel. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser, and adjust Google advertising preferences in My Ad Center. Blocking cookies or tags may affect measurement. Private request links and security

Your request link contains a private access token. Anyone with that link may be able to view the request’s status and photos and, while the request is open, manage photos or access an available deposit link. Keep it private. Contact us if it is shared accidentally. We use access controls for shop management and safeguards for stored information, but no online system can guarantee complete security.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed for service, customer support, accounting, disputes, security, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask about privacy choices available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or business obligations. You may remove uploaded photos through your private request link while the request remains open, or contact the shop for help.

Children and policy updates

This app is intended for people requesting automotive services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us. We may update this policy as the app or our practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
