Using the app

These terms cover your use of eazyamobiletire.com and its linked service app at app.eazyamobiletire.com to view tires, request service, upload photos and access deposit payment links. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Provide accurate information and request service only for a vehicle you own or are authorized to arrange service for. Do not misuse the app, submit fraudulent requests, access another person’s private request, or upload unlawful or unrelated material.

Requests, dispatch and safety

Submitting the service form creates a request, not a confirmed appointment or dispatch. A “Request received” message and reference number confirm that the request was saved. Call 903-582-5568 to confirm service availability, the final price and an estimated arrival time. Availability depends on location, conditions, staffing, tire stock and whether the requested work can be performed safely. Arrival times are estimates.

For an immediate danger, collision, fire, or medical emergency, call 911. Do not rely on this app as an emergency response system. Remain in a safe location and follow instructions from emergency personnel.

Estimates, tires and charges

Displayed tire inventory and prices may change. The app checks selected tire quantity and pricing when a request is submitted; a request does not reserve stock. Service estimates depend on your selection and information. The app’s mobile mileage calculation includes the first 10 miles and estimates additional mileage at $4 per mile; the shop confirms the distance and applicable charges before dispatch.

Estimates are before tax and any applicable after-hours charges. Tire charges, disposal, additional mileage and other applicable charges will be explained in your final quote. Confirm the total before authorizing service. Tire compatibility, condition and repairability must be verified. A tire that cannot safely be repaired may require replacement.

Deposits and Stripe

A deposit may be required before dispatch. The app displays the deposit amount and a Stripe payment button when the shop has confirmed or started an eligible request. Deposits are applied toward the service total. Review the amount and checkout details before paying. Stripe hosts and processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy.

After payment, call the shop to confirm receipt and dispatch. The app’s deposit status reflects the shop’s recorded confirmation; payment is not automatically verified by the app. Do not pay a second time solely because the status has not updated. Contact us about payment errors, duplicate payments, cancellations or refund requests.

Cancellations and service concerns

Call the shop promptly if you need to change or cancel a request. Any applicable cancellation charge or deposit refund condition must be disclosed and agreed to before payment or dispatch. These app terms do not establish an automatic nonrefundable deposit or a cancellation penalty. Contact the shop to address a problem with service, tires, or a payment; any separately provided work order or warranty terms apply to the service or product described.

Memberships

Selecting “Yes” for membership does not purchase, activate or verify a membership. The shop must verify your membership, registered vehicle and available benefits before dispatch. Standard app estimates do not automatically apply membership benefits. Any membership purchase is governed by the membership terms presented with that purchase.

Photos, private links and communications

Upload only photos you have permission to share and that help us assess your request. You allow Eazy A Tires and its service providers to store and use those photos to handle your service. Keep your private request link confidential. Contact us if you lose access or believe someone else has your link.

By providing a phone number for a request, you ask us to contact you about that service. This does not enroll you in promotional messaging. Carrier charges may apply to calls and texts. Information handling, operational notifications and advertising measurement are described in our Privacy Policy.

App availability and updates

The app may occasionally be unavailable or display an error. If a submission or payment is uncertain, contact the shop before trying again. Third-party payment, mapping and advertising services have their own policies and terms. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date; separately agreed service terms remain applicable to the service already authorized.
